Central Property Search performs Special Flood Hazard Determinations, nationwide. Our Life of Loan Flood Hazard Determination is covered by a $1,000,000.00 E&O policy. You can be certain of the accuracy, as well as speed, of all your determinations.
In addition, we offer On-Site Physical Inspections of properties to determine the exact location of any structures situate on a property which is partially in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA). You can request this service for most of Southeastern PA, Southern NJ, and Northern DE.
